TAG Wins NACC High School Invitational

The A Cappella Group (TAG) from Fort Myers, Florida, bested a deep field of 10 talented groups from across the nation to take top honors and the 5,000 at the National A Cappella Convention High School Invitational on Friday night in Memphis, TN.

Under dazzling lights and rock concert sound, the sold-out audience at Briarcrest Christian School was treated to everything from dance pop to inspiring social commentary.

TAG, under the direction of Gary Stroh, took home first place and Best Male Soloist. The Bulldog Beats from Louisville (KY) All Male High School—under the direction of Alexis Paxton—were this year's runners-up, also winning Best Use of Movement.

The jam-packed action continues today with three live streams on FloVoice, including the Saturday Showcase, the Collegiate Invitational, a keynote address from Deke Sharon, and the culminating headliner concert with Cluster and OneVoice.
