Elementary Mix from Quiton Township School will be checking mics for the Barbershop Harmony Society's International Convention in Las Vegas on Thursday.

"This young quartet has a second-grader on lead, a third-grader on baritone, a third-grader on tenor, and an eighth-grader on bass" says the group's teacher, John Wernega.

This summer Elementary Mix quartet, the Quin-Tones quartet, and the Wildcat Harmonizers will be presenting a master class at the International Barbershop Convention in Las Vegas, showing how teachers can start a barbershop program in their elementary and middle schools.
